Welcome to Atif Digital Hub. By accessing our website https://realestate.atifdigitalhub.com or using our AI automation and paid advertising services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services Provided

Atif Digital Hub provides digital marketing and automation solutions specifically for real estate professionals, including:

  • Paid Advertising: Management of Meta, Google, and TikTok ad campaigns.

  • AI Lead Nurturing: Deployment of AI-driven chatbots and voice agents to qualify leads.

  • CRM Integration: Setup and management of systems like GoHighLevel to automate lead flow.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the success of your campaigns, you agree to:

  • Ad Spend: Provide a valid payment method for ad platforms (Meta/Google). Our service fee is separate from the actual budget paid to these platforms.

  • Accuracy: Provide accurate information regarding your property listings and real estate licensing.

  • Follow-up: While our AI qualifies leads and books appointments, you are responsible for the final sales process and closing the transactions.

3. Lead Exclusivity & Ownership

  • 100% Exclusivity: We guarantee that any lead generated through your private ad account and funnel is exclusive to you. We do not resell your leads to other agents or competitors.

  • Data Ownership: You own the lead data generated during our engagement.

4. Performance & Guarantees

  • Lead Flow: While we use “Performance-First” models and proprietary AI tech to maximize ROI, real estate market conditions can vary. We do not guarantee a specific number of closings, as the final sale depends on the agent’s performance and market variables.

  • AI Accuracy: Our AI agents are trained on real estate sales psychology; however, they are automated tools. We are not liable for any technical errors or miscommunications made by the AI during the nurturing process.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Service Fees: All fees for setup and management are agreed upon prior to the start of the “Launch” phase.

  • Refund Policy: Due to the intensive manual setup of ad funnels and AI training, service fees are generally non-refundable once the setup phase has begun, unless otherwise stated in your specific service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All custom-built funnels, AI prompts, and ad creatives developed by Atif Digital Hub remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred to the client in writing. You are granted a license to use these assets for the duration of our service agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Atif Digital Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits or property listing expirations.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a [30-day] written notice. Upon termination, Atif Digital Hub will cease management of your ad accounts and AI systems.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
